Covert operatives; Hidden in plain sight. Thus has their presence gone by virtually undetected, as they are experts at blending into their surroundings. Even still are those dogs of war up to no good. Inciters of mayhem; Fuelers of discord. See then are they even now stirring up the fires of hate between nations, so as to advance their own cause, which is always the bringing about of full scale war.
