Count The Cost Before Casting Your Vote

Before receiving "Count The Cost", I was reading through the comments posted to the initial video for MCIL, where I came across a question posed by one of the viewers. This individual had asked, if she didn’t vote for Trump then who should she vote for, because she wasn’t choosing the other option. Lord interrupted my thoughts and began to address the...

The Lie Of Compromise

While sitting with the Lord the other day, I saw an image of Senator Marco Rubio from Florida, and the Lord reminded me of an article I read several months ago where the Senator was interviewed about his position on abortion. I then received a vision and a word of prophetic insight about the Senator. Before I continue, just to be clear...

The Real War

"The fight between left and right, currently happening in this nation, should be not viewed as the actual battle, as the real war being waged over this country dwells in the spiritual realm, and is a fight between good and evil: between the Kingdom of light and that which dwells in darkness. Yet most would not regard it as such, for these individuals..."

FAQs

Abortion isn't in the Scriptures. Or, is it?

Answer: Yes, abortion is addressed in the Bible… however, not in the way most Christians expect. The first mention of abortion is in Exodus 1:16 but it has been, until recently, lost in translation.

Abortion is the "Law of the Land". Doesn't that settle it?

Answer: No, it does not settle it. Just because a law is put into place does not make the law right.. In fact, the Biblical witness indicates that loyalty to God can often mean disobedience to the laws of a land, even the direct command of a king.

What about compassion?

Reframing the Abortion Argument in the Context of the Kingdom of Heaven (Part 1)

”Now in those days, John the Immerser came proclaiming in the Judean wilderness, saying, “Metanoia! For the kingdom of heaven has come near!”“ -‭‭Matthew‬ ‭3‬:‭1‬-‭2‬ ”And do not be conformed to this age, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind, so that you may approve what is the good and well-pleasing and perfect will of God.“...

Reframing the Abortion Argument in the Context of the Kingdom of Heaven (Part 2)

“What an epoch it was! What a meaning lay in the metanoia that was then proclaimed! “The noetic faculty, or the faculty of shaping and conceiving things under their true relations,” entered now upon its work, and the issue was to be a revolution in the whole human conception of life. Christ substituted His own wisdom for the wisdom of the world...

The Right To Abstain

“So we must go out to him outside the camp, bearing his reproach. For here we do not have a permanent city, but we seek the city that is to come.” -Hebrews 13:13–14   Democracy is a fascinating thing, especially in the context of a Constitutional Republic. What “American democracy” has become is even more curious. This hybrid has bred...

By The Consent Of The Governed

{Updated and revised: July 10, 2024}   The Proposition:   It makes sense, doesn’t it?   By the consent of the governed. Certainly as freewill agents with the ability under God to choose our own life’s destiny (even if it leads to our ultimate demise and destruction), it can be said without fear of contradiction […]

Stop Speaking Such Damned Nonsense

“The thief comes to steal, kill, and destroy, but I have come that you might have life, and life in all of its fullness.” John 10:10   “Before I formed you in the womb I knew you, and before you were born I consecrated you; I appointed you a prophet to the nations.” Jeremiah 1:5 […]

More Than Mere Semantics

Intro:   It would seem that in our modern society words are no longer the fixed building blocks of language they have been since, well, the creation of verbal and written communication. Indeed, it\’s more than mere semantics, as words and their usage have become something more fluid and amorphous, shaped into whatever the speaker […]
