I heard, “Ah then do I say to the Church, “Let the pruning begin!”
[Vision: I saw Alan Didio and Joseph Z. standing at the forefront of a group of people who call themselves “prophets”.]
Then I heard:
“Prophets for hire. A syndicate of professionals, paid to prophecy and declare the word of the Lord. Yet with split tongues do they speak, for impure vessels are they, as surely have they rejected My wise counsel; for the fear of the Lord is absent from their hearts.
Putrid, detestable, even rancid is the stench of their offerings in My nostrils, for their devotion to Me doesn’t reach much beyond their lips, as they have refused to let go of their pride and thus have not allowed Me to become Lord of their lives. And so is it only lip-service that I receive from them; thus in false humility do they stand.
Artificial, phony, even faked are their utterances, for surely are their “prophetic words” nothing but a scripted affair, yet intentionally spoken in such a way so that their delivery sounds spontaneous, as if they have suddenly received special revelation from Holy Spirit. And so before the people do they make themselves out to be divine oracles, as if they are numbered amongst a chosen few who have been specially selected to speak for Me.
Yet duplicitous is their behavior, for the message they convey does not speak to how they actually live, as indeed do they behave the same as the ungodly. “Reprobates!”, do I say. “For surely can they be found occupying the bed of darkness, for they are true lovers of evil! And so, like a mistress, to those prophets for hire has depravity become, for in secret do they keep that relationship, as does one who is having an untoward affair.”
Two-faced, double-talkers, adept at the manipulation and exploitation of the masses, for these prophets for hire are well-versed in the art of trickery. Thus, even now, are they devising new schemes that are meant to deceive My people, for surely have more than a few believers proven themselves to be easy marks: as indeed are they a gullible lot, for their ability to discern is sadly lacking.
Swindlers are those prophets for hire and nothing more, for they have hijacked the prophetic ministry and turned it into something it was not intended to be, which is their own personal cash cow; for surely to gain greater insight into the fullness of their revelation involves some sort of fee. For how could anyone expect them to simply give such valuable information away for free?
See then, like a parasitic limb is that syndicate of prophets, for they have intertwined themselves amongst My true branches hoping to blend in. However, their presence is easy to detect by those who are paying attention, as rotten is the fruit they produce, for it lacks the needed nutrients to grow properly. Even still has the fruit of that syndicate been considered legitimate by many believers.
Yet is a cutting away coming upon the Church, for indeed is she in need of a good pruning. As such shall My hand begin moving against that syndicate of prophets, where I remove altogether their ability to influence My Body, and so shall that parasitic limb be cut away from everywhere it is found. As such shall those prophets for hire be no more, for indeed shall My hand strike them down. For the hour has come for them to know the consequence for the darkness they have sown.
Ah then do I say to the Church, “Let the pruning begin!”
