Am I not in the storm? Is My voice not heard in the booming thunder, and seen when the crackle of lightning breaks open the sky? Have I hidden Myself from man so that he cannot find Me? Is My presence too obscured that he doesn’t know how near I am to him?
Yet in this dark hour of the night, his heart still wanders afar, looking for someone who will have the answers he seeks, because, so far, his rescuer has not come. And though he is continually searching, that one individual he had counted on to rise up seems to have faded from sight, leaving him questioning what to do next.
So although it was assumed more resistance would have been put forth to keep darkness from falling, to his dismay, the opportune time to take action simply passed by without much protest made. Therefore, since the one he placed his confidence in did not show up, he spends wasted hours searching for another who will come forward with the perfect plan to overturn what has been done.
But as of yet, not a single man or woman has been able to come up with a solution, one that will turn the clock back to an earlier hour where light was still visible on the horizon. However, as more time goes by, the less likely he believes are the chances to see anyone intervene, because quite a few who sounded promising are no longer focused on a reversal, for they, too, can see no possibility of the circumstances changing.
Then indeed the night hour has fallen with a canopy of evil darkening the skies like intense storm clouds hovering overhead. Yet I, too, am still there; for even in the storm, I can be found. I am the only source of hope.
Then to Me, and Me alone should you turn, for there is not a single man, no matter his position, that can reset the hour; only I have this power.
Therefore stop clinging to an individual; do not pin your hopes upon help coming from anywhere else but from Me.
