I heard the phrase “death of a vision”, then I heard the Lord say:
An untimely death
Unexpected
Unforeseen
As such great shall be the mourning of this nation. Ah then, the one this people thought was invincible shall prove to be otherwise.
A king
A tyrant
Of him have both been said, for divided is America’s view of him.
Yet shall he soon relinquish his seat of authority, and as such, from his hand shall be removed the ability to sway the nations of man. See then even now before Me are all of his works counted as dead.
Change is coming
Change is in the air
Permanent
Lasting
Even irrevocable
Thus for America shall there be no returning to “what was” once that coming change occurs, for there shall be no reviving what has passed, though premature shall be its end, for the hope recently ignited within the hearts of this people shall quickly vanish, almost as if it never existed, and so again shall disappointment be their lot.
Shallow their hopes
Limited their perspective
For upon this temporal plane have the sights of this people rested
“A good life” the primary goal of most
Nothing more
Nothing beyond
What comes after, for them holds little concern, for the “here and now” is their sole focus. And so into the hands of a single man have they placed their trust, for surely did he guarantee a great return on their investment in him. Yet who can actually trust the words of a politician?
Unfulfilled
Even broken
As such do his promises stand
Empty
Vacant
Thus would it appear that his word carries no real weight, for surely his actions, thus far, bear little resemblance to the vision he did earlier cast before the American people, and that served as the platform upon which he stood.
Dead
Lifeless
As such is the fate of that vision. For who is there left to revive it?
Dwindling
Dwindling
Ever dwindling
Thus can the flame of hope he did ignite be found, and as such does it lack the needed spark to be rekindled. And so any rally cry sent out from his camp shall not muster the same unified support from the troops as it once did, for more than a few of those who once thought him to be their champion, even now view him through the lens of suspicion and betrayal.
A politician
Cut from the same cloth
For surely is he bought and paid for just like the rest
Hidden
Concealed
Yet his true colors are now being revealed, though his loyal followers will still only see him as they want him to be, for they have intentionally blinded themselves to his obvious wrongdoings and overlooked his apparent lies. For in their hearts they say, “Well, nobody is perfect!”in order to excuse behavior in him that they would not tolerate in another. As such do they turn a blind eye to the evil he is allowing to happen under his governance.
A hostel takeover
A breach in security
Indeed has the true enemy of this State entered through her gates, for the watchmen on the wall did not rightly discern him to be a foe, and so was his access permitted.
A thief
The robber of destiny
The destroyer of hope
Surely has he come in this hour to steal from the American people that which doesn’t belong to him, and so to abscond with the future they thought was certain is what he is after.
Vexed
Even troubled
Thus shall be the hearts of this people, for the dream of making America great again shall not materialize as they had thought, as even now can that vision be found in the throes of death. For surely is the enemy choking the life out of it so as to defer the hope of some and even kill the hope in many.
Yet do I say to this people, “Stop fixating upon a mortal man as the source of your hope! For I tell you now that it is only by My hand that the restoration of America’s greatness shall manifest. Yet to see that rebirth shall require you to humble yourselves and turn to Me. For then and only then shall I move on your behalf and return to America that which has been lost. See then America, for you there is still hope!”
