Before I begin with today’s Letter, I first wanted to share the Scriptures the Lord highlighted while I was receiving this word from Him. The Lord showed me the parable of the sower in Matthew 13, in this passage, four different types of soil are depicted, however, the Lord focused on only the portion of the passage in verses 5-6, which says,
“Other seeds fell on rocky ground, where they did not have much soil, and immediately they sprang up, since they had no depth of soil, but when the sun rose they were scorched. And since they had no root, they withered away.” Matthew 13:5-6
Later on in the chapter, Jesus explains that the seed which fell on the rocky ground represents people who gladly receive the kingdom message, but because they only have a shallow interest in the things of God, their spiritual roots never find any depth. Then when they are afflicted with persecution or encounter hard times, they fall away.
The Lord likened them to fair-weathered friends, or those who are only loyal during times of success, or when the going is easy, but leave when difficulties come along. He showed me that in some Christian’s , even though they may be putting on the appearance of a believer, in their hearts, they have already begun to fall away.
He then said this:
See then, the mass exodus I predicted would occur in this season has already begun. For surely in the hearts of many who have publicly professed loyalty to My throne, a sense of disillusionment can, even now, be found. Sadly, did the seeds of faith planted within these children fall upon rocky soil, and thereby do they lack the depth of belief needed to press on through the tribulation which is sure to come.
And yet, though the shaking which they’ve endured thus far has only been slight, still they are ready to tuck tail and head right back to the world from whence they came. And so shall they do exactly that, as these tepid believers are unprepared to face the more tempestuous days that are about to befall the earth, for they lack the internal stability to endure the unexpected trials that will surely manifest in their lives. What little faith they held shall shrivel away in the heat of this more intense adversity.
And while I still love these children dearly, ultimately the choice to remain as one of My own is up to them, for no one is ever forced to maintain a relationship with Me. Then in the very near future shall these tepid children fully fall away, as even now are their hearts overtaken by concern for themselves. And so, with very little persuasion, will these reject Me altogether; thereby shall they be found standing amongst the reprobates, deniers, and all those whose souls are destined for the pit.
So then that small sprig of faith which began to bloom has already begun to wither with decay, for it was never firmly rooted in that rich soil of the Truth. There is no depth to their belief in Me, for to them, acknowledgment of My Son as Savior was only viewed as a ticket into Heaven and nothing more, having never surrendered their hearts to My Lordship.
Surely then have I seen who shall remain faithful to Me and who shall not in this current generation of professing believers, as indeed am I accurate in all of My summations. Therefore, I must purge My entire army of every soldier who has only made a half-hearted commitment to Me, as any Commander worth His salt understands that to know repeated success out on the battlefield requires a fighting force of fully dedicated warriors: those whose allegiance is not divided.
I knew that seeing the fullness of My plan for mankind continue to unfold would require the formation of a mighty army, one that was capable of holding the ground on any front. As such, did I determine that a purging was needed at this time. Therefore, shall each soldier be challenged to choose a side. For as I have clearly stated before, the grace for the middle ground has expired.
So then an hour of proving has arrived for the elect, where a time of testing shall commence which shall expose the true loyalists of My Kingdom, thereby revealing those who are not. And so shall there be much upheaval found amongst the Church as the lines of My soldiers are sifted, for all throughout My ranks shall many defectors be found. Yet because great shall be the number of these deserters, their absence shall not go unnoticed by the faithful warriors who remain.
However, this expansive reduction in size, should not cause My own to be alarmed, as it is My intention to forge out of the remnant who are left, a more unified army, one that is solely focused on advancing My cause alone. For these are not interested in the limelight, or building a platform of their own. Their only desire is to be of service to their King. Therefore, it is not their own agenda that they seek to push forward, but Mine alone.
Then indeed is a great exposure coming. But it shall not simply uncover that which the enemy has been desperately attempting to conceal. No. Even more importantly shall there be a revealing of not only who are My true sons and daughters, but also, in this hour, shall there be widespread exposure of those who are not. Therefore, in the coming days, beloved, expect to see many who made a public confession of faith in Christ walk away and never turn back.
