The apparatus I use to promote internal change is the external circumstances of life. For without some form of catalyst as a source of motivation, how would believers know where they are still married to unbelief?
And while I am not for divorce between those who have made marriage vows, believers should not hesitate to dissolve any evil contract they have made with sin and the devil.
So like a spouse who is habitually abusive, who not only has no intent of changing his nature but delights in causing harm to his partner, the enemy will continue to damage the hearts of those who allow him to remain in their lives. And just as someone who holds on to an unhealthy and dangerous relationship because it has become their “normal”, so, too, is it with those believers who unwittingly stay committed to any demonic union, no matter how it manifests within them.
Then these codependent affiliations with sin must be broken if those who have been given true freedom are to walk fully in this internal liberation. And since, I, the One who presides from the Highest Court, have already annulled these sinful contracts, it is the responsibility of each believer to take the necessary steps of repentance which will completely cut off the spiritual connection to the enemy.
So to help My children discern where these illicit partnerships still exist within their being, I orchestrate the ‘outward’ conditions of life in such a way as to generate ‘internal’ pressure, which then pinpoints the exact areas where the enemy is still ‘hanging around’. Therefore, pay close attention to your reactions when troubles arise, as within these moments are found opportunities to examine your thoughts and emotions, because contained within your response is evidence revealing whether your heart dwells in Truth, or if it’s still connected to dark spirits that were given permission to inhabit your being.
Even though, as believers, the enemy can easily be thrown out and the spiritual contract he claims to hold can be revoked, there must first be an awareness that a binding agreement exists. For when his lies were accepted as truth, the evil one was invited to cohabitate with you without your understanding that, in fact, an evil transaction was just made. And so, in order to root him out, this unholy relationship must be exposed. It is then that the spiritual agreement can be shredded, and whatever evil spirit is present can be shown the door.
Then regard your current circumstances first through spiritual eyes, for there is more to consider than just a physical problem, as it is a deeper work I am seeking to do in your life through these times. Therefore, heed My words and take a closer look at your thoughts in relation to the issue at hand. Ask yourself if these moments generate an expression of inward faith, or is your mind filled with words that promote a self-focused agenda, where a negative outcome is expected because your conditioned response is that I, more than likely, won’t come through for you in the end.
If these self-focused thoughts are present, then the enemy is still given the room to speak his lies into your life. Therefore, take every thought captive and compare it to My Truth. For as you do this, it will become very apparent which demonic forces need to be cast out. Recognize, then, that your outward circumstances hold a greater significance than the simple task of resolving a day-to-day problem, as you are being given the opportunity to gain greater internal freedom by nullifying any agreements made with the forces of darkness.
