Cutting Ties With The Uniparty

Prelude

“The shot heard around the world”. This is the phrase most often associated with the incident which began the American Revolutionary War in earnest, when John Brown, Samuel Hadley, Caleb Harrington, Jonathon Harrington, Robert Munroe, Isaac Muzzey, Asahel Porter, and Jonas Parker were killed by British soldiers at Lexington and Concord.

248 years later, another shot was heard around the world, when a gunman attempted to assassinate President Donald Trump. His survival galvanized his base, simultaneously disappointed some of his opponents, and enraged others who had hoped for a keener shot. I would exercise caution while scrolling through any social media platform.

The Platform

This event took place days after Mr. Trump met with the leaders of the Republican party to discuss their platform heading into election season, wherein the party affirmed their support for Trump’s positions on the issues of same sex marriage and abortion. In doing so, Republican leaders made the largest difference between themselves and the Democrats to be the letter of party affiliation following their name.

There is much and more that I could say about all of this, but I shall do my best to keep to that which is pertinent.

\”Evil is Evil\”

There is a quote from the fantasy series \”The Witcher\” on which I would like to hone in for a brief moment, as it has much to do with a previous writing I did regarding Donald Trump, and will speak to the grievous actions he and the Republicans have taken. In the story, our hero (if you can call him such), Geralt of Rivia, is speaking with a local official in a small town, discussing the nature of evil, and he says this, “Evil is evil. Lesser. Greater. Middling. It\’s all the same. If I\’m to choose between one evil and another, then I prefer not to choose at all.”

As of the last few weeks, the choice is now between two parties: “Party A” which gleefully sacrifices children on the altar of their own selfish sexual desire, and “Party B” which wags a disapproving finger, but won’t take meaningful measures to prevent any further sacrifices. They wag and wag while hiding their inaction behind the cloak of libertarianism and states rights; effectively saying, “We won’t stand for the murdering of babies in our states, but if those blue states wish to do so, there is nought we can do about it”.

It’s as though the prohibition of murder is something to be decided on a case by case basis. If this is the prevailing logic employed by the GOP, I should be happy to be rid of them, and be all the better for it. If I must choose between drinking arsenic and arsenic light, I would sooner go thirsty.

Their Chosen Path

This is not a matter about which to be glib, or one in which I take any joy, but I cannot in good conscience continue to walk alongside such people, as though our strides are in common purpose. The path they have chosen to trod is that of the craven and the charlatan. It is the path of convenience, not one that requires them to walk the steep incline of integrity, virtue, and principle. No, they’ve chosen to use a cheat code to gain a small, momentary victory. A question I would pose to these people, and others who might consider jaunting along with them is: “Can winning a small battle be worth losing the war?”

As I said, Mr. Trump’s base is galvanized and invigorated by the recent attempt on his life, with many who did not support him before now saying he has their vote. But it is incumbent upon me to speak a sobering truth. If elected, Mr. Trump will only be president for four years, and after which there is no telling what is in store for him.

The Uniparty: What Remains

However, what will remain is a Republican party that has shown its true colors. A party that never truly cared about expelling the heinous practice of abortion from this land. Had they done so, it would have saved untold millions of innocent children from being aborted in the process. No, what you will have left when Mr. Trump leaves office, is a two party system in name only, where one wing of the party attempts to hurl the country towards a progressive hellscape of confused sexualities, broken families, and countless corpses of unborn children whose only crime was being conceived, while the other party averts their eyes and makes grandiose speeches about taxes, immigration, and the like.

\”Poison is Poison\”

I will not cast my vote for such people, now or at any future date, until real change is enacted. I will not drink arsenic or its watered down counterpart. Poison is poison no matter the degree.

What the GOP has proven is that they will not take any action of consequence to see the scourge of abortion eradicated from this land at the Federal level. No, they only seem to care about the votes which keep them in their lofty positions.

They shall not have mine.

If you feel as I do, neither should they have yours.

Those Dogs Of War Are Up To No Good!

Covert operatives; Hidden in plain sight. Thus has their presence gone by virtually undetected, as they are experts at blending into their surroundings. Even still are those dogs of war up to no good. Inciters of mayhem; Fuelers of discord. See then are they even now stirring up the fires of hate between nations, so as to advance their own cause, which is always the bringing about of full scale war. For surely do they crave the smell of human destruction.

Israel: Ruination Is Indeed Your Lot!

Hear Me, Israel: “…there shall be no avoiding the coming retribution, as surely have you acted out of turn, and took into your hands that which did not belong to you. Then do not think, Israel, that you are off the hook. For surely before Me do you stand guilty as charged, and so shall I repay you, Israel, the due penalty you are owed for the atrocities you are even now committing! “Woe, then do I say to you, Israel, woe. For ruination is indeed your lot!’

Let The Stargazers Appear

Even still shall those stargazers come forth, as they will lead My children back to those ancient paths which have long been forgotten. And so is a renaissance coming; yet is it already here. However, “unexpected” shall this renewal be, for most would not even think that I would point My children back to gazing at the stars. Yet is that precisely My aim, for there is much to uncover down that ancient route. And so do I say now, “Let the stargazers appear!”

More Disruptions Are Coming!

Indeed then, have I come in this hour to disrupt the systems and structures of the Church. Thus am I now speaking, “Disrupt, disrupt, disrupt! For I am not content to leave things as they are and, as such, the status quo must now be disrupted. For far too long has the Church been sitting back and simply resting upon her laurels.” Then let the Church now be forewarned, for more disruptions are coming!
