Then say I, “Vengeance is Mine to enact!”, and so upon the heads of the wicked have I heaped the weight of My judgment, under which there is no escaping, as My verdict, once rendered, shall not change. Therefore, even a man who sits upon a throne and bears the title of king is still subject to My higher authority.
